Scope of Work
This project involved the complete structural construction and smart integration of a 15-story Grade-A office tower. Our team managed the Core & Shell construction, followed by a comprehensive Interior Fit-out for the anchor tenants. The scope included the installation of a high-performance glass curtain wall, four high-speed smart elevators, and a centralized Building Management System (BMS). We also executed the specialized "Command Center" interior, featuring acoustic treatments and integrated AV technology for international conferencing.
Key Challenges & Solutions
Extremely tight urban footprint with minimal space for material staging.
- Solution: We implemented a "Just-in-Time" logistics strategy, coordinating material deliveries during off-peak hours and utilizing a specialized climbing formwork system to accelerate the structural cycle without needing massive ground storage.
Technologies/Methodologies Used
BIM (Building Information Modeling): Used for 3D clash detection between MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and structural elements.
- BMS Integration: Schneider Electric EcoStruxure for real-time energy monitoring.
